Sometimes customers want to capture their favourite view, or even merge some of them together to create something unique.
The lady in questions lives in and loves the mountains of North Wales, particularly the majestic Snowdon. She'd seen a painting of a cottage set in a beautifully coloured autumnal forest against a backdrop of some hills (bottom left picture). She wanted to set this in the foreground of the distinctive Snowdon ridgeline (middle) and to a more traditional Welsh cottage.
After much cutting and pasting I ended up with a design (bottom middle) and she was very happy with the result. I think the colours look amazing particularly at sunset.
